Replacement of copper sleeve of eccentric shaft
After the lock packing is drilled and broken, the eccentric sleeve can be inverted to take out the copper sleeve. Before installing the new copper sleeve, it is necessary to check whether the inner hole size of the eccentric sleeve has cracks. When installing the copper sleeve of eccentric shaft, it can be cooled by dry ice. When pouring the locking packing, the eccentric sleeve and copper sleeve must be placed at a temperature of about 70 ℃, and the oil holes of the eccentric sleeve and copper sleeve must be aligned.
Replacement of moving cone copper sleeve
The copper sleeve under the moving cone can be sawed off, but make sure not to damage the inner hole of the moving cone. The copper sleeve on the moving cone can be pulled out directly, and can be cooled with dry ice to speed up the pulling out speed. During installation, the moving cone copper sleeve can be cooled with dry ice for at least 2 hours. When the cooling is sufficient, the copper sleeve shall be lifted with its lifting ring, and the flat gasket shall be used under the lifting ring to ensure that the edge of the copper sleeve is parallel to the bottom edge of the moving cone.
Replacement of copper sleeve of horizontal shaft
The outer copper sleeve can be taken out by a self-made pulling device, and the inner copper sleeve can be removed by hammering with a central rod device. After the copper sleeve is removed, it is necessary to check whether the inner hole size of the axle frame is reasonable. When installing the copper sleeve of horizontal shaft, use dry ice to shrink for at least 2 hours
