Function of eccentric shaft sleeve of rotary crusher
Eccentric shaft sleeve of rotary crusher is driven by V-belt pulley, elastic coupling and bevel gear. The eccentric shaft sleeve
rotates in the steel sleeve of the central sleeve of the base, and the sleeve is connected with the base by four rib plates.
Manganese steel guard plate and sleeve are laid on the top of the rib plate and the drive shaft sleeve to prevent the falling ore
from damaging the rib plate and sleeve. Babbitt alloy is cast on the whole inner surface of eccentric shaft sleeve and about 3 /
4 of the outer surface of the thicker side of eccentric shaft sleeve. In order to make the Babbitt alloy firmly attached to the
eccentric shaft sleeve, a ring is arranged on the inner wall of the shaft sleeve.
